The planning committee rejected the officer's recommendation and refused the re-application.
However the applicants are understood to be appealing the first refusal so it will go to the Planning Inspectorate.

The Application for outline approval for 6 Self Build properties has been resubmitted ref 21/02215/OUT.
The application is before the planning committee on 11/11/21.  The Council are represented and a speaker is attending for the community.
