The country is in fairly new territory with this scale of virus outbreak.  Advice concerning Self-Isolation, distancing etc., is more than a little frightening for many people, either for themselves or from concern for family friends and neighbours.
At all levels, including the Parish Council, efforts are being made to find the most effective ways to support people at risk either from the virus directly, or from the effects of steps to manage it.
